Mark has been training in CrossFit since 2008 and commenced coaching in 2009. Prior to that he played First Grade Rugby in the Shute Shield (now the Tooheys New Cup) with West Harbour for three seasons and Norths for two seasons. He was also based in Italy for two years playing professional Rugby. Mark competed in CrossFit Newcastle’s team at the 2011 Regionals.
